    Ingredients:

    • 8 ounces mixed dried fruit (be sure to use some raisins)
    • 1 large apple, cored and chopped
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 tablespoon matzo meal

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Place dried fruit in saucepan in enough water to cover fruit.
    2. 2
      Cook over medium heat until the fruit is soft and plump.
    3. 3
      Cool and place fruit and any remaining liquid in a food processor bowl.
    4. 4
      Add apples and blend until as smooth as desired.
    5. 5
      Stir in cinnamon and matzo meal.
