- 1 chopped apple (other fruits could be used, I found apple works the best)
- 1⁄2 - 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
- Chop apple into squares.
- Add yogurt and mix.
- Pour in vanilla and mix.
