If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! This is delicious, way too sinful for breakfast! I used peaches and nectarines instead of the strawberries, and added just a dash of coconut extract, and it was the best almost-pina-colada I've ever had. I have a suppy of frozen bananas in the freezer (where else would I keep frozen bananas?), and together with the ice cubes this was a wonderful slushy breakfast! I think I'm going to try it again tomorrow, but since strawberries aren't in season here I'm going to use strawberry yogurt and some vanilla extract. The possibilities are endless!
