Found this recipe in a magazine. It had a little note to it which mentioned that the added oils are excellent for one's metabolism, brain, skin and hormone health.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 ripe nectarines or 8 strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon essential fat oil (eg., Essential Balance or Udo's Choice)
  • 8 tablespoons live organic natural yoghurt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender for a minute.
  2. Serve immediately in a large glass or mug.
