Found this recipe in a magazine. It had a little note to it which mentioned that the added oils are excellent for one's metabolism, brain, skin and hormone health.
- 2 ripe nectarines or 8 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon essential fat oil (eg., Essential Balance or Udo's Choice)
- 8 tablespoons live organic natural yoghurt
