1. This is a delicious smoothie! It really hits the spot when you want a creamy, healthy snack. I wasn't sure how all the different fruits would taste when combined, but it had an excellent flavor! I might leave out the raisins next time, since most of them stayed clumped in the bottom of the blender anyway, but I will definitely be making this again!

 2. This had a very nice flavor, but as the other reviewers have said, I also had a problem with all the raisins sticking to the bottom of the blender. Next time I make this I might try using some prunes, they're bigger and might blend better.

 3. We enjoyed this creamy drink for breakfast this morning. We had problems with the raisins getting blended. I might try putting them in the food processer alone and cutting them up before I add them to the mixture in the blender. This time I poured most of them in DH's drink as he really likes them. I also used cran-apple juice as that is what was in my fridge. It was very tasty and easy to make.

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
