- 5 bananas
- 200 g fresh cantaloupe
- 200 g fresh pineapple
- 400 g frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 2 whole shelled kiwi
- 2 whole peeled fiji apples
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup kale
- Prepare all fruits (peel and cut up into chunks), place in blender. Freeze for later or enjoy now.
