I adapted this recipe from the Nasoya website. It can make 4 small smoothies, or 2 large smoothies (I usually opt for the large as a meal replacement). The fruit of your choice can be substituted for the blueberries. I also use Lite Silken Tofu and Light Orange Juice to cut the calories and fat.
- 8 ounces silken tofu
- 1⁄2 medium banana
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3⁄4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup ice
- Blend together tofu, banana, orange juice, honey, and blueberries until smooth.
- Add ice, then continue to blend until creamy.
