This a diabetic friendly smoothie.
- 8 ounces ocean spray light cranberry juice
- 1 banana
- 1 cup strawberry, frozen
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries, frozen
- Pour the cranberry juice into the blender, banana, strawberries and blueberries.
- Blender until smooth. Can be place in the freezer for a thicker smoothie. I make a whole batch for the work week and store in the freezer and take out before leaving for work then enjoy at work.
