Recipe by Danine
A yummy and low-calorie treat. Me and my family eat this at least twice a week as a dessert.

Hi Danine, loved your Fruit Smoothie! I used low-fat Raspberry yogurt from Publix, 2% milk, frozen raspberries & blueberries and Splenda. Added 1/2 to a whole banana - needed the potassium & I love bananas! We enjoyed it thoroughly - there were quite a few of us who raided the kitchen with me when they found out I had a new recipe to try. Living in a Nursing Home and being part of the administrative staff makes it easy for me to try all my new recipes. Thanks so much for sharing, Diane :) Thanks to QB49444 for reviewing it and my making it for "I Recommend . . . A New Thread!"
