This is delicious! Made yesterday for my daughter's first birthday party and everyone loved it... including all the junk food eaters who made faces at the suggestion of eating anything "salad." Beautiful presentation and tasty as well. Subbed some fruits based on what was fresh this time of year, so apples, pears, raspberries added, and no nectarines to be found. Love the dressing and will definitely make this again.<br/>Update: Daughter requested this for her 5th birthday. Yet again just used fresh fruits that were available, but I did sub half agave nectar for the honey and it was still delicious. Might try it with all agave, but didn't want to overpower the light taste of the dressing. Made this for several years now and it's always a hit at large gatherings.
I loved this salad, but the others at the table didn't enjoy the ginger addition. I had already left out the poppy seeds and next time will leave out the ginger - then it will be perfect for us. Thanks.
I would rate this 10 stars if I could, it is that delicious! I used strawberries, fresh pineapple, bananas and grapes and it was delicious with those fruits. Thanks for sharing.
Yum, yum, yum! I made this for a graduation party and everyone wanted the recipe before they left. The dressing is also great on green salad. Thank you so much for posting this!
Thank you so much for this recipe. I came looking for some ideas for a baby shower I was going to host for my sister in law. So I found your menu for Devon's shower and this recipe was in it. What a hit!!! Everyone loved, all asked for the ingridients and it was the only dish that ended up empty by the end of the shower (I cooked too much food as always). I can't believe how tasty it is - even a 1-year old girl was eating it. I believe I have a piture of my salad, once3 I download the images I will see if I have a decent one. (the party ended 3 hours ago and I couldn't wait to review your recipe. by the way - very helpful tips!!! thanks again!
