Fruit salad with a healthier creamy dressing made with bananas and nonfat Greek yogurt. From Diabetic Cooking magazine. Exchanges: 2 fruit
- Combine all fruits except bananas in a bowl.
- Combine bananas, yogurt, honey, lemon juice and nutmeg in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour dressing over fruit and mix gently.
Quick and easy. My family loved it. low cal as well..
