Nothing could be better than fresh fruit salad. Grapes were on sale, and I had frozen peaches in the freezer. The orange juice put it over the top. I think you could mix a little pineapple juice in too, and next time, I will try that. Thanks, Nez, for sharing.
I also like that the recipe has no added sweetners. Very healthy but tasty. I used several Clementine oranges in place of the peach since they were in season and the segments are pefect bite-sized pieces. I threw it together quickly on Thanksgiving morning for my guests. I didn't measure but I probably tripled the ingredients.
Healthy, easy and tasty - I doubled this one because it is our kind of recipe. Thankyou ! NOTE: the banannas do not hold up more than a day or so... leave them out if you want to double.
I liked that this recipe did not use any sweetener besides the orange juice. I substituted mandarine oranges for the peach and doubled the recipe for a crowd. The bananas fared well as it was all gobbled up quickly.

Not sure about the orange juice, but I suppose it helps the salad to 'keep' if not eaten straightaway:)
Very good. I like to do a large batch of this, but leave out the banana as they go bad quickly, but add strawberries and pineapple. No matter what it is delicious though.
