My sister gave me this recipe and I use it quite often.

Directions

  1. Cook pudding to full boil.
  2. Pour hot mixture over marshmallows cut in half.
  3. Stir slightly.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Add pineapple chunks with juice and 1 cup whipped cream.
  6. Chill.
  7. Garnish with more whipped cream, banana slices and walnuts.
  8. This is very good and can be used for either salad or dessert.
