LOVE this recipe! My husband does too. It makes a lot so it would be perfect for parties and such.

WOW! Easy, and soooo delicious!! Beautiful to look at, too. Didn't change a thing, and won't. The hit of my July 4th bbq! Thank you, Laura70.

I made this for Father's Day and it was great. I added mandarin oranges and more bananas but that's it. My whole family enjoyed it especially my 1 year old twins!

We were a little uncertain about putting pudding mix in fruit salad, but I am glad we tried it. I used fit and active canned pineapple and canned peaches. I left out the bananas because ours were a little too ripe. I only used 5 tsp sugar , and will probably use a llittle less next time. Everyone liked this, even DH who isn't a big fruit eater. This is a keeper. Thanks!

This was the best fruit salad i ever had. The vanilla pudding gives it a really good taste. I only added the liquid from the peaches which turned out great. It was a little creamier and not as runny. I also let out the sugar and used sugar free-fat free instant vanilla pudding to cut down and the sugar calories. Great recipe!

Not my favorite, but very good fruit salad. I added bananas and walnuts and left out the sugar. Despite advice from other reviewers to cut down the juice, I added it all in. I started out with less, but I think it tastes better juicy.

This was very good. I made exactly as directed this time (but left out the grapes). Next time I would probably just use the juice from one can of fruit. It was quite juicy. I whisked the pudding mix in a bowl first along with the juice from the cans of fruit. I used frozen blueberries and I rinsed them before putting them in the salad. Thanks for a great recipe. I will be making it again.

Truly a delicious fruit salad. i added half a can (2oz) of Nestles honey flavored thick cream to my pudding mix (box yield says 4 - 1/2 cup servings) with 1 1/2 cup of light pineapple juice. Added 2 tsps sugar. In future I will use only 1 cup of can juice. It didn't stick to the fruit - went down to the bottom of the bowl but tasted great! Used 1 large mango (1/2 kg), 250g of strawberries, 1 cup red grapes, 1/2 kg papaya, 490g of drained weight canned pineapple, 2 kiwi, 2 nectarines. Was a LOT (filled my huge lettybowl (4me)- 17 people ate about 1/2 cup full (as I had made another dessert) and yet half the total amount I made remained. This must be made only 8 hours ahead, or the fruits start to wilt. I didn't read the part about adding the strawberries at the end. Will do that next time. Thanks for a simple but much appreciated fruit salad.

As suggested, I used only to juice from the pinapple, but it was still really soupy. Also, I substituted mandarin oranges for the peaches. I will probably try this again using even less juice.

I made this for church on Easter Sunday, we always have a pancake brunch on Easter. I brought this and it was well received. Thanks so much for posting Laura!

I give this 5 stars for taste but it was alittle soupy for my taste. I doubled the recipe for a large crowd and ended up having to drain some of the liquid from it...twice. I would start with one can of pineapple juice and add from there.

Very good. I made a batch with sugar-free pudding for my pre-diabetic father, and a batch with normal pudding. He loved the sugar-free version, although I didn't care for it as much as the regular pudding. I also added a couple of spoonfuls of whip cream and mixed it in with the regular, but I don't know if that made much of a difference or not.

Great recipe! Although I didn't find it too amazing with just the fruit and vanilla pudding. So I added some evaporated milk, what we usually have with fruit salad anyway and it was DELISH!!

I've taken this to several pot lucks now and I never take home any leftovers. Everyone asks for the recipe. I've changed up the type of fruit several times, it always comes out great.

Very, very good and easy. We used the peaches and pineapple and then used blueberries, blackberries, honeydew melon, grapes and bananas. Did not use the sugar and it was perfect!! Thanks for a quick & easy fruit salad for a Christmas brunch.

I served this alongside Xmas Eve dinner and everyone LOVED it. I didn't have strawberries or blueberries, so had to leave them out. I didn't use the sugar and only used about 3/4 of the packet of vanilla pudding. I will definitely make this again and again! The flavor was just wonderful. Thanks!
