- 1 watermelon, cubed
- 4 cups berries (whatever in season)
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
directions
- Simply wash all the fruit and put them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add mint leaves & lemon juice and leave it to chill and set so that all the juices work together.
- Be creative with seasonal fruits. Do not use fruits that will brown easily like apples.

I like to EAT! Too much, I'm afraid! Food & recipes that are traditional and old school are my favorites. There is so much conveniece food out there which I am greatful for, but sometimes its just really nice to make something up from scratch!
