I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Columbia's Second Century Cookbook. It was submiited by Sarah Haywood.
- 30 ounces fruit cocktail (large cans)
- 40 ounces crushed pineapple (large cans)
- 2 1⁄4 pints whipping cream, whipped
- 12 ounces prepared vanilla pudding (Thank You brand canned version)
- 5 ounces miniature marshmallows
- Drain fruit cocktail and pineapple all day or overnight.
- Combine with remaining ingredients.
- Note: Freezes very well.
