    Ingredients:

    Serves: 4-6

    Yield:

    cups

    Units: US | Metric

    Dressing

    • 1 (6 ounce) container strawberry yogurt, I use Yoplait Custard Style
    • 1/2 tablespoon poppy seed

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Wash all fruit and let dry.
    2. 2
      Mix together yogurt and poppy seeds and set aside.
    3. 3
      Cap and quarter strawberries, halve the grapes, core and dice the apples.
    4. 4
      In your serving dish mix fruit and dressing together.
    5. 5
      Let chill for 2-3 hours before serving.

      This was nice... made for a ladies luncheon. The tart of the apples and the sweet grapes and strawberries go well together and the yogurt combined it all. It does get a little liquid so don't wait too long to serve.
