    I found this recipe in an ad for Dole pineapple a long time ago in magazine.It's absolutely delicious! Great for holiday parties or pitch ins.Very easy to prepare and you can use whatever fruits you prefer.I personally use the leftover pineapple cut into chunks, sliced strawberries, kiwi and grapes.The ingredients are so simple I was surprised it wasn't posted already.

    • 10 ounces sugar cookie dough (1/2 package)
    • 8 ounces cream cheese
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • ¼ cup pineapple juice (unsweetened from 20 oz can of pineapple)
    • fresh fruit (pineapple, kiwi, berries, grapes)

    Directions:

      Press 1/2 package of sugar cookie dough onto an ungreased 12 '' pizza pan or cookie sheet.

      Bake at 350 F 12-15 min or until lightly browned. Cool completely.

      Beat cream cheese,sugar,vanilla and juice together until smooth.

      Spread over crust.

      Arrange drained pineapple and fresh fruit on top.
