Very easy and deliciously cold on a hot summer day.
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 carton Cool Whip
- 1⁄2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 can mandarin orange
- 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk (condensed milk)
- 2 graham cracker pie crusts
- Drain pineapple and oranges very well.
- Cut oranges up, mix fruit, lemon juice and milk in a large bowl.
- Fold in cool whip, put mixture in two pie shells and refrigerate or freeze.
