Fruit Pavlova

  • 1 tablespoon fruit
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1 meringue, nest


  1. Prepare the dish just before you are ready to eat it. Wash and drain the fresh fruit, or drain the canned fruit. Spread the ice cream over the meringue nests. Arrange the fresh or canned fruit carefully on top of the cream or ice cream. Decorate with a spoonful of thick cream. Serve at once.
