  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2. Combine oats, dried fruits, chocolate chips and flax seed meal in a bowl.
  • 3. In a microwaveable container melt butter, brown sugar and honey; once all are melted mix in cinnamon, vanilla, eggs (slightly beaten) and water. Mix well.
  • 4. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. (mixer works best).
  • 5. Press mixture firmly into a 9 x 13 baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray or brush with oil or butter.
  • 6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until firm.
  • 7. Cool before cutting into bars.
