Smoothies are easy to make! Double or triple the ingredients and make additional batches for more servings.
- 3⁄4 cup minute maid premium orange juice
- 2 small apricots, peeled and cubed
- 1 medium nectarine, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 2 scoops Orange sherbet or 2 scoops non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a large glass and garnish if desired.
