A creamy delightful version of a popsicle
- 1 cup fruit (and its juice)
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 10 wooden sticks
- Mix fruit, juice and cream. Stir in honey and vanilla.
- Blend well,.
- Pour into popsicle or freezer trays and allow to partly freeze. Add popsicle sticks, and continue to freeze. After the pops are frozen, try swirling them in Chocolate sauce before eating for a different treat!
My daughter loves these and they are so easy to make! What a healthy alternative to ice cream. They make a great after school summer snack.
