This is definately one of my favorite recipes. It takes less then five minutes to make and it is really yummy! YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN FLAVORS TOO DEPENDING ON WHAT FRUITS YOU USE!!!

This is so simple and easy. I peeled a banana and threw it in the freezer. The next morning I tried your recipe, throwing in the banana & some ice cubes. Thanks for an uncomplicated & delicious shake recipe.

  1. Pour milk into blender.
  2. add yogurt, fruit and protein powder.
  3. blend until a shake is smooth.
  4. add more frozen fruit if the shake is too liquidy.
