This is so simple and easy. I peeled a banana and threw it in the freezer. The next morning I tried your recipe, throwing in the banana & some ice cubes. Thanks for an uncomplicated & delicious shake recipe.

Success! I've been sampling a bunch of smoothies and protein shakes for the Healthy Choices ABC Game (go to "Community" then "Games" to play). This has been the overall winner as far as nutrition and taste. The yogurt makes this creamy and satisfying. I used blueberries and vanilla soy, and my protein powder does have a tiny bit of sugar already in it. This is a quite large portion and could serve two as a snack, but is quite filling as a meal. Thanks for sharing your recipe - now one of my favorites too!

Loved the blueberry version. Had just soy milk and plain soy protein powder so I added a bit of vanilla and almond extract. I really thought I'd miss sweetener of some kind but I didn't and I'm delighted with that. This is going to be an oft repeated guilt-free meal for me. Thank you, jordaneagle05.
