This is definately one of my favorite recipes. It takes less then five minutes to make and it is really yummy! YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN FLAVORS TOO DEPENDING ON WHAT FRUITS YOU USE!!!

- 1Pour milk into blender.
- 2add yogurt, fruit and protein powder.
- 3blend until a shake is smooth.
- 4add more frozen fruit if the shake is too liquidy.
