Fruit Gazpacho

"I came across this recipe in a recent issue of Family Circle. I added some more fruits than the original recipe. It made a lovely, refreshing dessert! I'm thinking it would also make a great addition to a first course. The black pepper may sound like an odd ingredient but, it helps to keep the soup from being too sweet."

  1. I clipped this recipe a couple of years ago, but I misplaced it... I was so glad to find it here!! This really is a wonderful and refreshing cold soup!

  2. This was a breeze to make and was enjoyed immensely. I did add some blackberries as I happen to have some. Very refreshing as stated in the forward.

  3. This is one of my oldest and my family's most favourite summer desserts. I dont use blueberries or raspberries for this one. I do use apples, oranges and bananas instead. I do add a small cinnamon stick to this for the cinnamon flavour. This one's truly a keeper!
