From DrinkStreet. Strange to say the least! Original recipe called for 1 tbsp cinnamon (which was too much for us) and1 oz whiskey (which wasn't enough for us). It's probably called a fruit fly because of the color.
- 1 ounce Irish whiskey
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 (16 ounce) can fruit cocktail
- Drain syrup from the fruit cocktail. Mix fruit and cinnamon with 4 ice cubes in a blender. Add whisky according to taste. Let blend for about 2 1/2 minutes at high setting.
- Serve Fruit Fly in a Champagne Saucer. I used a coupette, same thing?
