This recipe is from "Any Blonde Can Cook". This dip is sensational served with fresh fruit.
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Serve with fruit.
I made this to take to a barbecue on the weekend. Rating 4 for flavor because I loved that part of it, but the texture seemed to be heavy even after adding more milk. Next time I think I will add some sour cream instead and freshly grated nutmeg (didn't have any). Maybe I should have used the soft spreadable type cream cheese.
