A great addition to a brunch or lunch.
- 3 tablespoons dry tapioca
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 2 oranges, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup raspberries or 1 cup strawberry
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Add orange concentrate and water. Chill, then add fruit and lemon juice.
