Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 cups fresh peaches or 3 cups plums or 3 cups nectarines, pitted and sliced (Approximately four peaches or nectarines or eight plums required.)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Combine fruit and lemon juice in a blender and puree.
  2. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.

This is a great idea. I always have one or two ice cube trays in my freezer filled with some kind of fresh fruit. I always add a few to my iced tea.
