Fruit cubes added to lemonade, lemon-lime soda, club soda or sparkling water, provide a refreshing, surprising twist.
- 3 cups fresh peaches or 3 cups plums or 3 cups nectarines, pitted and sliced (Approximately four peaches or nectarines or eight plums required.)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Combine fruit and lemon juice in a blender and puree.
- Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
This is a great idea. I always have one or two ice cube trays in my freezer filled with some kind of fresh fruit. I always add a few to my iced tea.
