Fruit Coconut and Oat Milk Smoothie

A smoothie made with frozen fruit, coconut milk, and oat milk; I came up with this one based on ingredients that I had sitting around in my pantry and the need for a gluten- and dairy-free smoothie (use homemade oat milk, great recipe available on this site)

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 12 ounces coconut milk
  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1 12 cups frozen fruit (berries, bananas, etc)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (vary according to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon salba seeds


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve cold.
