This recipe is so quick and easy to make. It has a great taste. It would be great topped with some low fat whipped topping. Excellent recipe. Thanks for sharing it.

Super flavor. I had a 32oz can of fruit cocktail and used about half of the can. I have cooked these cakes before and used brown sugar, but this cake used white sugar and not as much baking soda or salt and I liked that. I made this for a friend who had this cake when a boy and now he is a senior citizen. He said "he died and went to heaven" when he tasted this cake. Thanks.
Very easy to make and tastes great. Nice with low fat whipped topping for me and ice cream for hubby.
This was very good. I substituted 1/4 cup egg substitute for the egg and light olive oil for the canola oil. Thanks for the recipe.
Good quick and easy recipe. My only problem was the pudding like quality. I liked mine more cakey so I put it back in the oven. Mabye I used too small a pan and that was the problem. I'm not sure. But after I put it back in the oven longer it tastes great. I will use this recipe again.
