Fruit Cocktail Bread (ABM)

The coconut adds a special sweetness to this bread. This is a great dessert bread(toasted) with ice cream and your favorite toppings.

• Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients:

Yield: 1 1 1/2lb ...

• 1 ½ cups fruit cocktail (do not drain)
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• ¼ cup fruit juice concentrate
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup coconut flakes
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 2 cups bread flour
• 2 teaspoons yeast

Directions:

1. Add ingredients according to manufacturers recommendations.
2. Cycle should be on white or sweet.
3. Setting should be on light to medium.
