The coconut adds a special sweetness to this bread. This is a great dessert bread(toasted) with ice cream and your favorite toppings.
- 1 1⁄2 cups fruit cocktail (do not drain)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup fruit juice concentrate
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup coconut flakes
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- Add ingredients according to manufacturers recommendations.
- Cycle should be on white or sweet.
- Setting should be on light to medium.
