A different approach to a nice and sort of healthy fruit dessert for just about anytime. Originally on mealsforyou.com but have changed it ever so slightly.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Place fruit in baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar or sugar substitute.
  4. Pour wine over fruit and bake 15-20 minutes or until fruit is tender.
  5. Cool slightly and serve with a scoop of frozen yogurt and sprinkling of toasted almonds.
