Ran out of fruit, so, I tried something new with my protein powder - turned into a really yummy healthy breakfast or lunch

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (I use Jillian Michael's)
  • 1 fat free Greek yogurt (I use Chobani Fruit Flavored)
  • 14 cup water
  • 5 -6 ice cubes


  1. Dump in blender.
