Ran out of fruit, so, I tried something new with my protein powder - turned into a really yummy healthy breakfast or lunch
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (I use Jillian Michael's)
- 1 fat free Greek yogurt (I use Chobani Fruit Flavored)
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 5 -6 ice cubes
- Dump in blender.
