What a great healthy snack this makes! YUM! I used cranberries, raisins and sultanas for the fruit and unsalted shell-roasted peanuts. It was delightful and I could hardly stop myself from munching. :)
I love how versatile this recipe is and think that Ill make it often in the future trying different combinations of fruits and nuts.

Great easy snack!! Couldn't find any dried pear so used dried bananas. Used non-salted peanuts. Thanks Paula! :)
