- 946.36 ml old fashioned oats
- 473.18 ml sweetened coconut
- 473.18 ml sliced almonds
- 59.14 ml oat bran
- 29.58 ml wheat germ
- 9.85 ml cinnamon
- 78.78 ml honey
- 59.14 ml brown sugar
- 0.25 ml salt
- 78.78 ml canola oil
- 236.59 ml chopped dried apricot
- 236.59 ml dried cranberries
- 236.59 ml golden raisin
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, coconut, almonds, oat bran, wheat germ and cinnamon.
- In a small, microwave-safe bowl, mix together honey, brown sugar and pinch of salt.
- Microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, or until sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in oil, then pour over oat mixture and stir to combine and coat.
- Pour on one or two baking sheets and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and continue to stir every 15 minutes until cool.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and store in an airtight container or a zip-top bag.
