Fruit and Fiber Parfait - Ww Friendly 1 Point

"Great for break, lunch or as a dessert. I really like it with the White Chocolate Cheesecake or Amaretto Cheesecake yogurt, but any flavor will do. There seems to be some questions as to how I arrived at this being 1 pt when others are saying 4 pts. According to the online WW Point Tracker, which is what I track with: 1/2 cup Fiber One cereal = 0 pts; 6 ounces Weight Watcher's 1 point yogurt = 1 pt; 1/4 cup blueberries = 0 pts; 1/2 cup strawberries = 0 pts. Remember, Zaar's nutritional information facts are based on generic "low fat yogurt". I highly recommend you track each item for yourself in your point tracker instead. Hope that helps!"

  1. Awesome! I was going to make this as a dessert, but we were too full after dinner, so I decided to make it the next morning for breakfast. I'm glad I did. It is a stellar recipe and so simple. I didn't want to pay $5 for a small package of fresh blueberries, so I used some frozen blueberries I had on hand, and was happy with the result. I also added a few pieces of the Fiber One cereal to the top as a garnish.

  2. I didn't know bran could taste so good! I used strawberry greek yogurt and some fresh strawberries and raspberries.

  3. Good! I used all blueberries, thawed from the freezer, and All-bran cereal. Definitely filling, and a nice change from oatmeal or eggs. Thanks for the new idea!

  4. This was DELICIOUS! I used raspberries and blackberries for mine, and yoplait light white chocolate strawberry yogurt. At only 4 points this was a GREAT breakfast today and one I am sure I will have many times again, with all sorts of different combinations!

  5. I think this tastes wonderful. BUT it is really 4 pts on the WW program. This is a great meal for dessert or breakfast.

Yet another feature change that has made the website less user friendly. It's sad to watch a fantastic site deteriorate over the years. Some of my recipes are on my blog.
