This was Jeff smith's recipe. It's simple and really good. My boys love this.
- Mix the wet ingredients.
- Pour over the chicken in baking dish.
- Cover with foil.
- Put in frig overnight.
- Next day, put in oven and cook in 325° oven for 90 minutes.
- Check to make sure it is not burning. Chicken is done when easy to pull apart.
This was simple, and very good. I used boneless skinless chicken thighs, and I was unable to marinate them as long as it calls for. I think they would have had more flavor, had I been able to marinate longer. I would suggest adding garlic, and ginger to the marinade maybe even some red pepper flakes. It was not "sticky" for me though. I was really hoping for something gooey, like sesame chicken. Still good, but when I make it again, I will modify it.
