Fru-yummy! This would be a good way to get kids to eat breakfast since it tastes like dessert. What a treat-I haven't had a bagel for years. My only wish would be to incorporate more protein since I was starving a couple hours later. In addition to the strawberry cream cheese I also used a pink berry bagel since I made this for the Think Pink Tag Game In Honor of Breast Cancer Awareness.

Hope, Serena won the contest. This bagel was delicious! The only thing I would do different next time is to chop and mix the fruit together before putting in on the bagel so it would make it easier to eat. Thanks Nimata Patel and Serena. Bullwinkle.
