This is a really nice variation on crudites. Great for parties, and gatherings. Sprinkle the apple and pear wedges with lemon juice so they don't brown. This is a healthy option for dessert too.
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
selection of fruit for dipping
- apples or pears or tangerines or grapes or figs or cherries or strawberries or kiwi or fruit, you choose
- Place yogurt in a dish, beat until smooth, then patially stir in honey, making a marbled effect.
- Cut various fruits into wedges or bite-size pieces.
- Arrange the fruits on a platter with bowl of dip in center. Serve chilled.
