Just in time for summer a frozen take on the classic Cuban mojito!
- 170.09 g frozen lime juice concentrate (about half a can)
- 85.04 g vodka
- 118.29 ml of fresh mint, loosely packed
- 118.29 ml water
- 709.77 ml crushed ice
- In a blender, mix the lime juice concentrate, vodka and half the mint until pureed. Add the water, ice and the remaining mint and pulse in five-second bursts until the liquid is just smooth enough to go through a straw. Do not over-blend, or your ice will melt. Pour into tall chilled glasses and garnish with sprig of mint. (To make it virgin: Skip the vodka.).
Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful, easy to make recipe, California Jan, it's great. A tasty adult slushy, with intense flavors. The mint and lime are perfect together.
