  1. I made this last night to serve at our 4th of July cookout today. It has been safely tucked away in the freezer. I sliced a little piece so I could try it before everyone gets here. Soooo delicious. Rich, creamy, and fruity. Just what I was hoping for. Thanks Nurse Di.

  4. What wonderful light and creamy dessert (and easy to put together!) And, I felt like I was eating something fairly healthy since I used fat-free sweetened condensed milk and light cool whip!

  5. I served this for Mother's Day and it was a big hit. I sliced some strawberries and placed them on top of each serving. Really refreshing and one of the best frozen desserts I have ever made.
