      My niece's roommate made this as her contribution to Thanksgiving 2012. It's very tasty, even though she actually MELTED the ice cream (frozen Greek yogurt) in the microwave.Do NOT melt it, just soften it as directed, or it won't all fit in the crust, will be flat instead of rounded, and will have a crystalline texture. It will still taste good, but it won't be quite right. Some grated dark chocolate on top makes a nice garnish.

      Great recipe! I love that I can eat this pumpkin pie in the warmer months! Very easy and delicious! Made for PAC spring '10.
