Two thick boneless 80% frozen chops took 50 minutes. So happy to find this last minute recipe -- moist and tasty!

  • frozen pork chop, any number
  • Dijon mustard
  • Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • oil

Directions

  1. Brush frozen chops with mustard.
  2. Coat both sides with bread crumbs.
  3. place in glass baking dish.
  4. drizzle a little oil in the middle.
  5. bake at 350 for 40 minutes more or less depending on the thickness of the chops.
