1 ¹⁄₂ ounces stoli citrus-infused vodka
1 tablespoon sugar
¹⁄₂ lemon, juice of
¹⁄₈ - ¹⁄₄ fluid ounce grenadine (a splash)

Blend all ingredients with ice, then garnish with a lemon slice.
