  1. Add pineapple, ice and water to blender.
  2. Juice the lemon and add along with stevia.
  3. Sprinkle mint into the mix and puree until smooth. Enjoy with 8-10 rice crackers.

This is more of a slushie than smoothie; but whatever it is called it is delicious! Made without the mint and it still was fresh and not too sweet. Made for Spring PAC 2014.
