Phase 1 of the Fast Metabolism Diet by Haylie Pomroy
- 1⁄2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1⁄2 cup ice cube
- 1⁄2 lemon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon stevia
- 2 mint leaves or 1⁄4 teaspoon peppermint tea leaves
- 3⁄4 cup water
- Add pineapple, ice and water to blender.
- Juice the lemon and add along with stevia.
- Sprinkle mint into the mix and puree until smooth. Enjoy with 8-10 rice crackers.
This is more of a slushie than smoothie; but whatever it is called it is delicious! Made without the mint and it still was fresh and not too sweet. Made for Spring PAC 2014.
