Simply peanut butter pie recipe. I use low-fat versions of the ingredients to lower the calorie count and make my own low-fat graham cracker crust.
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1.75 (4 ounce) Cool Whip
- 6 ounces graham cracker crust
- Blend peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar. Gradually beat in milk. Fold in Cool Whip.
