yum!!! found this stuff at store -"NASOYA Silken Creations" (got the dark chocolate) had it for a while and was like ??? 'til came across this...I like what the Doc does w/ his tofu recipes so i gave this a whirl ;)...used a home made raw nut crust...super thick local raw honey, "Walden Farms Whipped Peanut Spread" {{0-carb,0-cals}}...flax gel for oil, a combo of 'nilla/almond extract & a mix of sea-salt/tri-pepper-chili spice...topped with fresh coconut shavings for decor and because i had it in the freezer and it has been finding its way into everything ;) super good...super decadent...I'll be doing variations on this one all summer-Thanks for another great recipe share DOC. !! ;) :) Y-U-M

EXCELLENT recipe! I made this for a potluck and everybody loved it, even the kids!
I was nervous about using tofu, because I tend to not usually like the texture, but the silken version is almost like yogurt.
It was so nice to have a dessert that was very healthy but didn't taste like it at all!
No one would ever guess there was tofu in it and not ice cream instead.
This is a keeper!
